All eight varieties of Lilly’s Hummus are trans-fat and gluten-free, and made without preservatives! We use organic garbanzo and black beans, and locally sourced, hand-roasted vegetables.

Our mission is to make high-quality products, without the use of fillers, imitation flavors, or hydrogenated oils. We believe in simple, basic ingredients that the entire family can enjoy and be nourished by.

Lilly’s Hummus is made in a custom-remodeled facility in Portland, Oregon where we compost and recycle a majority of the materials used during the hummus producing process.

When we first test drove Lillys Hummus at the Portland Farmer's Market six years ago, it was an instant hit. LILLY'S HUMMUS

is made with organic garbanzo beans (and black beans), real olive oil. All of our veggies are roasted over hazelnut briquettes - which are made from the hazelnut shell, a renewable resource in the Pacific Northwest.
