1 Large, Ripe Avocado
Juice of 1/2 Lime
1/2 Garlic Clove, minced
Sea-Salt, to taste
Our smoky Roasted Jalapeno Hummus jumpstarts avocados for this delicious recipe! Mash a ripe avocado with a fork, and blend in half a container of hummus. Add juice of half a lime, minced garlic clove, and season with sea-salt to your taste. Serve with gluten-free tortilla chips. Devour.

Gluten-Free Crackers
This is an easy way to please your guests, and also serve hummus to notorious double dippers! Simply spoon Lilly's Hummus (really any of our flavors will be fantastic) into a pastry bag, with a decorative tip. Squeeze the hummus onto each chip, one by one, and arrange on a plate or platter. Serve! It's as easy as that.
For an attractive display - Lilly's Hummus can also be piped onto celery stalks, and sliced cucumber medallions! Ooh - fancy!

Lilly's Smoked Tomato & Basil Hummus
Whole Grain Bread (of your choice)
Sprouts (pictured here are radish sprouts)
Spread Lilly's Smoked Tomato & Basil Hummus onto two pieces of bread, scatter fresh sprouts over the surface, and place the two sides together!
Sandwich addition ideas: Thinly sliced red onion, tomato slices, cucumber slices, grated carrots. |

Subsitute Lilly's Hummus for potatoes, for this hearty Shepard's Pie recipe!
1, 14-oz bag of mixed frozen veggies - your choice
1 small can of Tomato Sauce (approximately 8 oz)
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 container of Lilly's Cracked Pepper, Plain (Original), or Roasted Garlic Hummus.
Pinches of Oregano, Thyme, and Sage. Sea-Salt and Pepper to taste.
Olive Oil - for wiping the interior of the baking dish
Alternate Ingredient - Chopped, Cooked Chicken, or Beef, 1/2 Cup.
Alternate Ingredient - Grated Parmesan or Reggiano Cheese.
Wipe the interior of a small bakeware serving dish such as the one shown (you may also use two single serving ramekins - with olive oil. Empty the bag of frozen veggies, and mix with tomato sauce and minced garlic. Seasons with oregano, thyme, and sage, sea-salt, pepper, and blend with a spoon. At this time blend in your meat and/or cheese selection, if you desire that addition.
Smear Lilly's Hummus over the surface of the concoction with a butter knife, and smooth out the surface. Cover with tinfoil, and bake in a pre-heated, 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. Remove tinfoil, and either allow to cook another five minutes uncoverered, or turn on the broiler for two minutes to brown the surface. Serve hot!
